You go to the Black Sea at Yalta and want value for your money? There's one place that can offer you that. It's called the Krym hotel, and is situated on the Moskovskaya street. Don't expect too much from the staff or the rooms, but you'll get a room almost for free. To say nothing about the central location of this place. If you're not too picky, I reccommended it to you.
