I recommend going to the Khutorok Lya Mer restaurant on the Sverdlova street. It's the best place in Yalta in my opinion. It's opened from 11 am to 2 am, and offers various fish specialties, beside the international menu. But if you're tyravelling on a low budget, you'll probably want to go to the Pelmennaya restaurant nearby. Have a bite and head for the beach.
