There are a few means of transportation in Yalta. First, there are cabs, which are not too expensive, but not to easy to find. It seemed to me the drivers didn't really want to make any money. They were always so laid back and relax it made me angry. I recommend taking the bus. It's incredibly cheap and runs regularly.
